To Configure the Web Client

In order to use CONNECT Issue Resolution integration, the first configuration change must be made in the AssetWise ALIM for Transportation System Settings.

Follow these steps to enable the Issue Resolution feature, in AssetWise ALIM for Transportation.

  1. Log in to AssetWise ALIM for Transportation with sufficient rights to modify system settings, preferably as an Administrator.
  2. From the Menu bar, click the Configuration icon ( ).
  3. From the Application group, select System Settings. For example,
  4. Select Comments Tracking from the menu on the left. For example,
  5. Select Feature Flags. For example,

    A list of available feature flags appears.

  6. Select A flag for the Issue resolution feature.
  7. From the Actions menu, select Change Setting, and then specify a value of "1" to enable this feature.
  8. Log out and then log in again, in order for the setting change to take effect.
